|
Submissions clearly marked "COR26-00024 - Event Activation Services Tourism Regina”, in the header line, will be received by the City of Regina, via email at procurement@regina.ca no later than 2:00:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, on March 19, 2026
This solicitation describes that the City is buyng a comprehensive brand experience and marketing service that helps Tourism Regina connect with it's audience through creative campaigns, indoor advertising, digital marketing, experiential activations, and event planning. It is the intention of the City (Tourism Regina) to enter into a three year agreement with Captive Media Inc. for the event activation services. If no supplier submits a statement of capabilities that meets the requirements set out in this ACAN, on or before the closing date stated in the ACAN, the City may then proceed with the award.
Unless otherwise indicated, and subject to applicable exceptions and exclusions, this procurement is covered by:
Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement
Chapter 19 of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement
Article 14 of the New West Partnership Trade Agreement
