Pursuant to Section 3-05 (C) of the City's Procurement Policy Board R ules, The New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) intends to enter into a Sole Source negotiation to maintain and update digital georeferenced raster imagery data and PDF maps that are used by the Environmental units, architects and engineers from Building and Land Development Services, planners, developers from Office of Development.

Sanborn MapsTM is a proprietary product of The Sanborn Map Company, Inc. This Sole Source procurement is being managed through PASSPort (EPIN: 80626Y0160). Any firm that believes it can provide discussed Map service is invited to send their Expression of Interest via email to the HPD contact person listed in this notice
