Description View Changes

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Seattle District has a requirement FOR construction of a facility that will be an approximate 15,028 square foot facility that will provide storage for the Fire Emergency?s Services equipment and trailers with the option for an additional 2,448 square feet. The facility includes a minimum of 8 trailer parking stalls, with the option for an additional 2 trailer parking stalls, a dedicated foam storage room, and additional utility support spaces. The intent is for the facility to be constructed with the optional square footage increase and additional 2 trailer parking stalls. (Please see Amendment R0002)
