Pursuant to North Carolina General Statute §143-131, bids will be received by the City of
Asheville for the project described as follows:
Description of Work:
The City is requesting bids for hand dug and/or vacuum excavation to be performed at 400
sites. A total of 800 holes will be dug/excavated, as both sides of the water meter (utility-owned
and customer-owned sections) require investigation.
