Guilford County Purchasing Department is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide lawn
maintenance services for multiple Guilford County properties. All Providers are required to have an
Insecticide License, and a copy must be provided with Proposal. The County invites all interested and
qualified firms who meet the requirements below to submit a response to this RFP. Guilford County reserves
the right to award all locations to one Provider or per location(s) to multiple Providers.
Guilford County may add or delete properties from this scope. Any adjustments made shall be noted in a
written amendment to the contract, which shall be executed by both Guilford County and the Provider.
A non-mandatory Pre-Proposal ZoomGov Meeting will be held on Tuesday, January 20, 2026, at 10:00 A.M.
You may join the ZoomGov Meeting from your computer, tablet or smartphone.
A MANDATORY site walkthrough will be held on Wednesday, January 21, 2026, starting at 9:00 A.M.
All participants should plan to meet at Greensboro Governmental Plaza, located at 301 West Market Street,
Greensboro. Following the initial walkthrough, the group will proceed to all locations outlined below in the
order in which they are listed. The walkthrough will be conducted by the Guilford County Facilities
department. Attendance is required for all locations in order to submit a responsive bid.
During the bidding period questions will be taken until 2:00 P.M., on Tuesday, January 27, 2026. All
questions pertaining to this RFP must be emailed to the Guilford County Purchasing Department at
DG_Purchasing@guilfordcountync.gov.
All bidding documents, drawing and specifications are available for viewing on Guilford County’s Vendor
Self Service automated bidding system at: https://guilfordcountync.munisselfservice.com
Participation of minority-owned and women-owned businesses is encouraged.
Guilford County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
