Sealed bid proposals are invited and will be received by the City of Waukegan, at City Clerk’s Office 100 N Martin Luther King Jr. Ave., Waukegan IL 60085 until June 8th 2026 at 09:00AM Central Standard Time (CST) for:

Station 1 Locker Room Renovation Project

This will be made available to all parties desiring to bid. RFP’s will be opened at City Hall Council Chambers 100 N Martin Luther King Jr. Ave ., and Bid Proposals will be due June 8th at 09:00AM .

Bid Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope, plainly marked on the outside with the name and address of the Bidder and the words:

Bid Proposals shall be addressed to City of Waukegan, City Clerk’s Office 100 N Martin Luther King Jr. Ave., Waukegan Illinois 60085, and must be received before 09:00AM on June 8 th 2026

Each Bid Proposal must be accompanied by a completed, notarized application form and submitted on the enclosed proposal form.
