Project Description: This Contract provides for construction of play area with play mound, pickleball courts with chain link fencing and pickleball net system, concrete curbs, and concrete and asphalt surfaces; excavating and grading; installation of play equipment, benches, trash receptacles, drinking fountain, bike racks, barrier fences and railings, Portland Loo restroom and rubberized safety surfacing. Installation of new trees, shrubs, and seeded lawns compete with irrigation, and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions and the Standard Specifications.
The following products will be furnished by the City of Vancouver for the contractor to install:
• Manufacturer To Be Determined – Climbing Sculptures and Posts with Toppers • Landscape Structures Inc – Mound Handgrips • Omega II Fence Systems – Barrier Fences and Railings • Entry Sign Graphic • Rule Sign Graphic • Double check valve • Portland Loo
The Work shall be Substantially Complete by August 29, 2025.
