Summary

The Ohio Department of Veterans Services (DVS) is seeking proposals for an e-Learning system for educational needs and accredited continuing educational credits (CEUs) for employees and staff. The e-Learning system shall have a course catalog from varying disciplines as well as the capability for DVS created trainings to be uploaded into the catalog.
All work performed by the Contractor is expected to be of the highest quality and meet or exceed accepted industry standards.

Process

The Solicitation will be evaluated and awarded based on the lowest most responsive and responsible bidder as determined by the agency. Please review the item grid and Scope of Work for detail specifications that must be adhered to.

Each Offeror must submit a technical proposal and cost proposal as part of its total Proposal before the solicitation closing date.
*Top scoring suppliers in the Evaluation Criteria may be required to host a demo of the proposed system to the consensus scoring group and the demo will be scored accordingly.
