The To
wn of Tyngsborough is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for document digitization services including the secure collection, preparation, scanning, indexing, and electronic delivery of municipal records and large-format documents. This project will preserve and provide access to records by digitally scanning them thus limiting the need to physically access the records. This RFP (2026-ADM-002) is being issued by the Town of Tyngsborough through the Office of the Town Manager. Bids are available beginning on Monday May 18, 2026 by visiting
www.tyngsboroughma.gov/bids.aspx
. Sealed proposals are due by mail or in-person at 2:00 PM on Tuesday June 9, 2026. A pre-bid walkthrough will take place Tuesday, May 26, 2026 at 11:00 AM at 250 Middlesex Rd in Tyngsborough.
