Page 5, Section 3.1.1: remove “by September 30, 2026”.
Page 5, Section 3.1.6: remove “September 30, 2026” and replace with “Schedule and Milestones stated in Project Plan submission of Attachment Three.”
Page 9, Section 5.7: remove “September 30, 2026” and replace with “TBD”.

Amendment #1
Amendment 1 resulted in adding Attachments Ten (A) & (B)

The purpose of this RFP is to solicit Proposals for the re-platforming of BWC’s IBM Z/OS systems (online and batch) and refactoring to a modern architecture and platform. These systems consist of the current Employer Policy Rate Making and Payment System (Rates and Payments), with the corresponding batch and interfaces on an IBM Z/OS mainframe using the Broadcom Gen Toolset, COBOL, C++, and DB2. The Agency must move all mainframe systems to supportable and modern architectures as described in Supplement 1. Data analytics and reporting functions will extend the Agency’s existing Snowflake and Tableau platforms for reporting .
