The purpose of this solicitation is to evaluate and select a vendor to provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, and services necessary to remove the existing gas turbine exhaust flex seal system and install a complete replacement system on both HRSGs located at Brandy Branch Generating Station (BGS). Work shall include demolition, preparation, fabrication, installation, inspection, and turnover.
