Scope:
The Town of Leesburg is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified firms to provide on-call, preventative maintenance and emergency boiler services as needed for the Town of Leesburg Water Pollution Control Facility and Water Treatment Plant as described herein. Most services will be completed at these two facilities.
