The Lower Connecticut River Valley Council of Governments and the Household Hazardous Waste Committee are requesting proposals for the operation of its Household Hazardous Waste Collection Program. Operation of the Program entails the collection and disposal of household hazardous waste by a licensed hazardous waste management firm. The Program serves seventeen 17 participating municipalities & includes approximately 7 collections during the year. All collections will be satellite collections located throughout the Municipalities. Interested Contractors should submit proposals covering the scope of services delineated in this RFP for service for a three-year period, with two one-year renewal options.
