Ringing Rocks Park Restroom and Parking Lot Improvements; Spec #06-03/25

Project Description: The project consists of the installation of a prefabricated restroom facility, including the construction of water and electrical services. Additional improvements include the construction of ADA parking spaces with connective sidewalk to the proposed restroom facility, rehabilitation of existing gravel parking areas, construction of additional gravel parking spaces and select tree removal and boulder relocation. Please note, bidders proposing to submit a bid on this project are required to be pre-qualified in accordance with the County's Responsible Contractors Ordinance by submitting a Contractor Responsibility Certification Form at least 14 calendar days prior to the specified bid submission date. The Ordinance and the Contractor Responsibility Certification Form are included in the bid package.
