Description
This Presolicitation Notice is released by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Enterprise Procurement Office (EPO) on behalf of the Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA), Medical Disability Examination Office (MDEO) in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 15.101(b) releasing a Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) before issuing a competitive Request for Proposal (RFP).
