To furnish labor, equipment, and materials to perform the following: 1. Clean and wash existing concrete surfaces to adequately prep for new concrete sealant, 2. Apply two coats Euclid’s Increte Clear Seal to all previously cleaned and prepped surfaces, 3. Both coats are to include Increte’s Shur-Grip additive and Increte Matte-Add to ensure non-slip surface and provide a matte finish, 4. Includes area at front entrance, both balcony entrances and where doubledoor entrances are located. Work location: Home Builders Licensure Board, 445 Herron Street, Montgomery, AL 36104. |
