Invitation to Bid - GMP #4 - Prince George’s Stadium Improvements

Package 4: Includes construction of the new stacked Home Clubhouse and Batting Arena Complex, renovations of the existing Home Clubhouse into the new Visitor Clubhouse, relocation of bullpens off field into 1st and 3rd base berms, dugout renovations, parking modification, IT and AV upgrades in order to satisfy PDL (Player Development League) requirements.

Gilbane Building Company, along with WarrenBuilds and EwingCole, in its role as Design Build Construction Manager, invite interested Trade Contractors to bid on the following bid packages:

10B Signage/Graphics
12A Shades/Blinds
12B Countertops
32B Synthetic Turf
32C Landscaping
