This specification outlines the installation of two Generac generators at two different locations in Greenville, Alabama. Road. It will provide reliable backup power for the tower site, including a dedicated Transfer Switch to manage the electrical load. • Installation Details:
o The generator will be installed at the opposite end of the building from the main service.
o Conduit will run down the back wall to protect the generator power and control wires.
o The Transfer Switch will be mounted next to the meter can and piped into the existing panel inside the building.

3. Installation Requirements: The winning bidder is to provide all parts, materials, and labor for installation. The winning bidder to deliver both generators to the provided addresses
3.1 Main Street Station (20kW 3-Phase Generator)
• Site Preparation: Prepare the location at the Main Street station for the placement and installation of the generator, ensuring proper clearance and safety measures.
• Electrical Installation:
o Install and connect the 200A Transfer Switch to the Main Service panel.
o Ensure that proper wiring and conduit are installed to meet safety codes.
• Gas Line Connection:
o Install a dedicated natural gas line to supply the generator.
• Testing and Commissioning: Perform system tests to verify proper operation of the generator, Transfer Switch, and all related electrical systems.
3.2 Airport Road Tower Site (22kW Single-Phase Generator)
• Site Preparation: Prepare the tower site for generator installation, ensuring appropriate clearance and a solid foundation for the mounting pad.
• Electrical Installation:
o Run conduit down the back wall from the generator to the Transfer Switch.
o Mount the Transfer Switch next to the meter can and wire it into the existing electrical panel.
• Testing and Commissioning: Perform system tests to verify proper operation of the generator, Transfer Switch, and electrical integration.
4. Compliance and Standards:
All work will be performed in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC), local regulations, and manufacturer guidelines. Proper permits and inspections will be coordinated with the appropriate local authorities.
