- Summary It is the intent of these plans and specifications to seek bids for entering into a contract for all direction, management, labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary to perform the Central Pump Station Office HVAC System as specified herein.

215 W Stockbridge Central Pump Station Office HVAC System Specifications:
Office Room
• Provide and install a 3-Ton P-Series Mitsubishi Cooling Only System for the server room.
• Provide and install a 3-Ton P-Series Wall mount evaporator serving the server room.
• Provide and install a 3-Ton P-Series Mitsubishi Outdoor unit on the wall outside in the fenced area.
• Provide and install a wired remote for control of the server room.
• Provide and install a condensate pump below the wall mount unit to pump condensate to the existing condensate drain line above ceiling.
• Provide and install a wall mount bracket for the new outdoor unit.
• Provide and install line hide to hide the new line set down the outside wall.
• Provide and install line volt electrical for units and condensate removal systems .
• Perform start-up and checkout of all elements.
• Warranty all elements provided for one year after installation.
IT Server Room
• Provide and install a 3-Ton P- Series Mitsubishi Heat Pump System for the control room.
• Provide and install a 3-Ton P-Series Mitsubishi ceiling cassette evaporator.
• Provide and install a 3-Ton P-Series Mitsubishi Heat Pump Outdoor unit on the wall outside in the fenced area.
• Provide and install a wired remote for control of the control room.
• Provide and install condensate pump as needed for condensate removal to the existing condensate drain.
• Provide and install line hide to hide the new line set down the outside wall.
• Provide and install line volt electrical for units and condensate removal systems.
• Perform start-up and checkout of all elements.
• Warranty all elements provided for one year after installation.
