The contract action was not awarded competitively, ACC-RSA had a sole source, fixed price requirement for MVRsimulation VRSG7 Software Maintenance Single-Port. This Sole Source with MVRsimulation VRSG7 Software Maintenance Single-Port IAW FAR 16.505(b)(2)(i)(B). IAW FAR 16.505(b)(2)(i)(B) MVRsimulation, Inc., is the only source capable of fulfilling the Government's requirement for MVRsimulation VRSG7 Software Maintenance. This provides yearly maintenance services for the proprietary copyrighted software. This item utilizes North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code of 513210. IAW FAR 5.207(c)(16_(ii).
