Bid Description:
The Vermont Agency of Transportation, hereinafter referred to as VTrans, is seeking the services of a Contractor to provide Preventive Maintenance services for the Mechanical/HVAC, Temperature Control/Building Automation, and Plumbing at the VTrans Construction and Materials Laboratory buildings located at 2178 Airport Road in Berlin, VT, 84 US Route 4 Mendon, VT and 189 Troy Avenue Colchester, VT. Subcontracting specific portions of the maintenance work required under this contract will be allowed. Names of any subcontractors and their scope must be approved by the VTrans Administrator.

There will be an optional pre-bid site visit at each laboratory location. The site visits will take place on the below listed dates and times. Although the pre-bid site visit is optional, it is highly encouraged. In order to participate in any of the site visits, you must register with Scott Krumm by sending an email to scott.krumm@vermont.gov, indicating which site visits you will be attending and the names of those attending. Pre-registration is required.
