Removal and Replacement of Three Roof Top Air Handling Units at Brumfield Elementary School

The purpose and intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to establish a firm fixed price lump sum contract with one qualified Contractor to provide the work as describe relative to the Removal and Replacement of three (3) existing rooftop air handling units at Brumfield Elementary School, 550 Alwington Boulevard, Warrenton, Virginia 20186. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing all resources required for the scope of work including equipment, materials, accessories, labor, deliverables and expertise in accordance with the specifications, terms, and conditions included herein. This solicitation is issued by the Fauquier County Government & Public Schools Procurement Division on behalf of the Fauquier County School Board, a political subdivision of the Commonwealth of Virginia, herein referred to for convenience as “Owner” and/or “FCPS”.

Due to IFB not being posted on the County website, the Deadline for Questions is hereby extended to Friday, November 8, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. There will not be an additional pre-bid conference, however interested parties may contact Kristen Hylton at Kristen.hylton@fauquiercounty.gov to schedule a time to see the site. *Please note that all questions asked during the pre-bid conference will be answered and provided as part of an addendum following the updated deadline for questions*
