Description

The District of Fort St. James is seeking proposals from qualified Proponents to complete Cottonwood Marina Upgrades, located at 1995 Lakeshore Dr, Fort St. James, BC V0J 1P0. The District seeks a proponent to remove and dispose of existing wood pilings, install coated precast concrete anchors for dock moorings, attach docks, install coated precast concrete anchors for breakwater and install and attach 30” HDPE breakwater with floats to the concrete anchors, replace elevated platform deck and footings as required, remove and dispose of old boat launch and construct/install new boat launch. The work must be competed between May 1st 2026 and September 31st 2026 unless permit requirements state otherwise.
