Project description: • Exterior painting and miscellaneous repairs at the Jabez Smith main house and carriage house at 259 North Road, Groton, CT. • Deduct Alternate 1 to exclude all work on the carriage house. The Town of Groton reserves the right to waive any formalities or to reject any or all bids.
