Project description: • Exterior painting and miscellaneous repairs at the Jabez Smith main house and carriage house at 259 North Road, Groton, CT. • Deduct Alternate 1 to exclude all work on the carriage house. Contract documents, including Plans and Specifications, are available on the Town of Groton Website: www.groton-ct.gov. The Town of Groton reserves the right to waive any formalities or to reject any or all bids. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the Jabez Smith House, 259 North Road, Groton CT on June 12, 2025 at 9:00 A.M.
