Plainfield Park District- Playground Renovation: Boy Scout Bid# 2065
This addendum becomes part of and modifies, amends, and clarifies Project Manual for the above-mentioned Bid. All
provisions and requirements of the Project Manual shall remain in effect except as specifically changed in this addendum.
Below is the list of revised items in Addendum #1 (items to follow):
1. Revised Drawings: The following drawing sheets were revised and should replace the corresponding sheets from the
original bid package. This revision reflects a minor change to the main play structure. Footing layout and drainage
paths have been adjusted accordingly. There is no change in scope of work or bid form quantities.

2. Correction & Clarification: As part of the revised drawings a correction was made in the “Site Furnishings &
Components” legend. The correction is related to the sourcing of play equipment and the responsibility of the
contractor. All Play equipment will be furnished by the owner and will be shipped to the contractor. Site Furniture
will be furnished by the contractor. There is no change in scope of work or bid form quantities.
