The USPFO for Arkansas intends to issue a solicitation to secure ARNG Event Display Packages for Recruiting and Retention marketing operations for the Arkansas Army National Guard (ARNG).

The contractor shall deliver complete, integrated, multi-component commercial marketing event display suites engineered for both indoor and outdoor operational use. Each complete display package must include:

• 10' x 10' Commercial Event Tent: Heavy-duty, corrosion-resistant collapsible aluminum/steel frame with telescoping legs, 400D–600D water-resistant, UV-resistant, and flame-retardant (NFPA 701 compliant) fabric canopy top featuring four full-color Arkansas Army National Guard custom peak prints and four branded valances (NATIONALGUARD.com/AR), including a heavy-duty wheeled transport/storage case and outdoor anchoring stake/tie-down kit.


• Tent-Mounted Sail / Feather Sign: Commercial teardrop/feather banner with heavy-duty mounting hardware designed to clamp securely directly to the 10'x10' tent leg upright, finished with high-saturation dye-sublimation graphics (Arkansas Army National Guard shield crest and URL).


• Insulated Outdoor Rolling Event Beverage Cooler: High-capacity (approx. 45–60 quart / 10+ gallon) insulated cylindrical tub cooler on rolling caster wheels, featuring a transparent flip/hinge access lid and a 360∘ full-coverage, fade-resistant exterior Arkansas Army National Guard graphic wrap.


• 8' x 10' Full-Bleed Media Photo Backdrop: 8 ft×10 ft tension fabric or heavy-duty matte vinyl step-and-repeat/photo drop banner featuring high-resolution Arkansas Army National Guard branding, complete with an adjustable telescoping multi-piece support frame, weighted flat steel base plates, and a compartmentalized carry case.


• Regulation Bag Toss / Cornhole Game Set: Two regulation 2 ft×4 ft wooden game boards with collapsible fold-out legs, featuring scratch-resistant, UV-protected direct Arkansas Army National Guard surface graphics, complete with eight regulation dual-sided all-weather duck cloth bean toss bags (four black, four gold).


• 6' Outdoor Form-Fitted Branded Table Throw: Commercial 300D–600D outdoor-grade fitted fabric table cover designed for a standard 72"L×30"W×29"H folding table, featuring closed/fitted stitched corners, full-bleed black background, and high-visibility Arkansas Army National Guard emblem and URL printed across the front panel.

All textile components must comply with domestic sourcing requirements under the Berry Amendment (10 U.S.C. 4862 / DFARS 225.7002) and applicable Federal Acquisition Regulations.

This notice meets the requirements of simplified commercial acquisition procedures in order to solicit quotations directly from suppliers. Vendors may contact the Contracting Officer / Contract Specialist identified in this notice to express interest; however, there is no guarantee that all interested vendors will be selected to receive the Request for Quotation (RFQ) when issued.
