Description
Purpose of Procurement
The Georgia Technology Authority (hereinafter, ¿GTA¿ or ¿State Entity¿) is soliciting proposals from suppliers interested in providing Managed Security Services (MSS). This electronic Request for Proposals (¿eRFP¿) is intended to identify one responsible supplier who meet or exceed the identified requirements contained herein.
Objectives
GTA¿s primary business objectives for the re-procurement of Managed Security Services are to:
Increase GETS Value and Grow Market Share within the State of Georgia. A growing program is healthy and more competitive. GTA expects that a growing program will have greater capabilities to meet customers¿ changing needs.
Ensure Market Competitive Pricing. This goal serves the fiduciary responsibility of state government and supports the overall value of the GETS program.
Improve Customer Experience. The GETS program seeks to continuously improve customer experience and overall satisfaction.
