The City of Grand Forks (the City) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced groundwater
water well drilling contractors to undertake the drilling, construction, development, and aquifer testing of
up to five (5) groundwater test wells within the City of Grand Forks. The work is intended to support
evaluation of potable groundwater resources for potential municipal water supply development.
