Description:

The City of Steamboat Springs expects that the successful proponent has carefully examined the plans prepared by Steamboat Engineering & Design. The project shall be constructed per plans & specs and adhere to all local authorities having jurisdiction, Community Development Code, and applicable sections of the Building Code as referenced on the contract documents.  The scope and goal of the project is to further enclose the existing scoria shed.   The contractor will be responsible for but not limited to the following: Erison Control and Stormwater Management, removing, replacing, and adding metal panels, excavation, adding structural grade beams, foundation drain, modifying existing timber columns, modifying existing pilasters, backfill, installing new roll up garage doors, final grade and resurfacing.
