The El Paso Independent School District (EPISD) is requesting proposals from qualified firms and/or individuals to provide for the leasing of at least 30,000 square feet of warehouse space for the purposes of storing furniture, fixtures, and equipment related to various District projects.
To facilitate District operations, the District’s preferred warehouse location is within close proximity to the El Paso International Airport or the existing EPISD warehouse at 4900 Woodrow Bean and within the political boundaries of the District, however, all locations will be considered.
