Description
The City of College Park, (hereafter referred to as ¿the City), is soliciting this Request For Proposal (RFP) for the purchase of, one (1) Pre-Engineered Metal Building (¿PEMB¿) located at 2902 Camp Creek Parkway, College Park, Georgia 30337.
The City is seeking a provider that has the depth, breadth and quality of resources necessary to construct, insulate and assemble a Pre-Engineered Metal Building that includes electrical, Heating
Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) and Plumbing amenities for the building, which will serve as a Community Center, After School Care Program and Thrift Store, that should complement the
existing playground.
