RFP - Operational Readiness Advisor Services

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Build Nova Scotia (“BNS”) to prospective Proponents to submit proposals for Operational Readiness Advisor Services, as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). This RFP is being conducted pursuant to the Nova Scotia Public Procurement Policy and Procurement Manual.

BNS and their partners in the Halifax Infirmary Expansion Project (“HIEP”) and the Halifax Infirmary Essential Integrations projects (“HIEI”) are seeking the assistance of a firm (e.g., company, corporation, partnership, etc.) to provide Operational Readiness Advisor Services. The Successful Proponent will play a critical role in enabling a safe, efficient, and patient-centered activation of the new and renovated Halifax Infirmary (“HI”) campus, ensuring a seamless transition from construction to full activation.
