Description

Please see attached Statement of Work (SOW) and attachments for further deatils.

This Request for Quote (RFQ) is being issued to establish a Firm Fixed-Price contract for the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS)- in the state of New Mexico for Technical assistance is needed to monitor wetland habitat quality and determine cost-effective actions to prevent loss of easement values from increased risk of fire and invasive plants. This procurement contract is needed for NRCS to comply with ACEP-WRE policies. The solicitation number for this effort is 12FPC325Q0043. The Government anticipates the award of one firm fixed priced contract resulting from this solicitation.

A site visit will be held on Friday, August 1, 2025 from 12-4pm MT and Tuesday, August 5, 10-2pm MT
