Title: Video Production Bench
Addenda: 0
Release Date: 6/4/2025
Due Date: 7/14/2025
The Regional Transportation District (RTD) uses a variety of methods to communicate to internal and external audiences about the agency, its programs, projects and services. One of these methods is educational, informational and promotional videos.
RTD’s Communications and Engagement Department seeks a pool of qualified and experienced video production firms to serve on an on-call project assignment basis to produce informational, educational and promotional videos and produce special video projects. The video products will be used by the agency on its website, social media platforms, community presentations, and other customer and stakeholder channels.
RTD is looking for two-to-four qualified video production service providers who have the skilled personnel and adequate resources available to complete quality high-definition (HD) projects and the capability to perform the tasks described in the stated scope of work in a timely manner.
The selected contractors will serve on an on-call project assignment basis. RTD will provide the teams with task information and the teams will provide a response and cost proposal for that task order. Generally, teams will be asked to submit their proposals within three working days, but more time may be allowed for extensive tasks. If a certain team has extensive experience in a given specialty or geographic area, RTD reserves the right to submit a task request to a specific team. However, through the life of the contract, RTD anticipates that there will be ample opportunities for all selected teams.
The selected firms will work closely with the Communications and Engagement Department in all aspects of production, including developing concepts and storyboards, scripting, casting, location scouting, production logistics, permitting, shooting, interviewing, voiceovers, music and final editing.
