TMCC - (Rebid) Dandini and Meadowood Campus Asphalt Resurfacing

If your company is listed and shows the Supplier Status as anything other than “Accepted” then there are still steps that must be completed before your registration is approved.
**Once an ITB/RFP/RFQ/CMAR is released for bidding, bidders may begin working on their response and uploading required documents without submitting their bid early. The NGEM system allows for bidders to save their work. Please make use of this capability in order to give your company enough time to review your response and upload any other documents on the day the ITB/RFP/RFQ/CMAR closes so that you do not miss the cut-off time.
**Once the ITB/RFP/RFQ/CMAR closes and the responses are unsealed electronically, the list of bidders/responders will be immediately posted online and available to the public for viewing. This document can be accessed by clicking on Closed Bid Opportunities, selecting the specific opportunity, and scrolling down to Bid Documents. The Bid Tabulation document will be available for review there.

Description of Work: This is a prevailing wage project. The scope of work for this project spans 2 campuses. One being TMCC Dandini Campus at 7000 Dandini Blvd and the second being TMCC Meadowood Campus that encompasses both 5250 and 5270 Neil Road. The base bid will be the Meadowood Campus as well as the base bid of the Dandini Campus as specified in the plans on Sheet C-2. The additive alternates are specified on Sheet C-2 of the Dandini Campus plans. There are no alternates specified for the Meadowood Campus.

The Optional Bid Walk will occur on the Dandini Campus.

Estimated Cost Range: $3.1M - $3.3M

Liquidated Damages: $1,000/day

Required Insurance if Awarded: Commercial General Liability, Business Automobile Liability, Workers' Compensation, and Contractor's Pollution Liability Insurance will be required.

Please note: the aggregate on the General Liability will have a required limit of $5M or require a $5M Excess Insurance policy. Proof of coverage for equipment in the form of inland marine insurance and/or equipment breakdown is also required. It may be added as an endorsement to their GL or a separate policy. Please refer to the TEMPLATE-Owner-Contractor Construction Agreement on the Attachments tab for limits and additional information.

Completion of Work: Subject to change by Owner, Work is scheduled to begin on "May 17, 2025" and shall be fully complete by "August 25, 2025."
