Part II: Renovation - South Jordan Middle School

Project Description: Notice is hereby given by the Board of Education of Jordan School District; that because of the specialized nature of the construction on the above named project, the need for a timely completion thereof and other related factors, that bid documents, including plans and specifications, will be given to and bids received from only those general contractors who have been prequalified by the school district to bid on this project.
This solicitation is Part II of the prequalification of contractors that was initiated as part of solicitation 25KP09Q. Part I has been completed and only those prequalified contractors are invited to submit bids for construction and associated site improvements of the project to which they are authorized to bid. Final Contractor selection will be based on the lowest responsive and responsible bid as submitted in Part II.
The only general contractors allowed to bid on the construction of this project will be:
