Advertisment for Prequalification and Bid- Integrative Sciences Building

Skanska USA Building, Inc., CM at Risk for the NC State University – Integrative Sciences Building, is currently seeking to pre-qualify principal trade contractors and receive bids for Bid Package 01C – Final Clean. Firms interested in the project are required to submit a project-specific prequalification form. The deadline for submission of the prequalification form will be Friday, March 27, 2026.

An in-person pre-bid meeting for this bid package will be held at 1:30 PM on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, at Broughton Hall, Room 1331, at 2601 Stinson Drive, Raleigh, NC 27607, immediately followed by a site visit. All prequalified bidders are encouraged to attend this meeting.

Skanska will be accepting sealed bids from Prequalified Bidders for this bid package at 3:00 PM on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, at NC State Broughton Hall, Room 1331, at 2601 Stinson Drive, Raleigh, NC 27607, and immediately opened and read thereafter.
