The City of Lakewood is seeking public input.

The City of Lakewood will be developing its 5-Year (FY 2025-29) Consolidated Plan, FY 2025 Annual Action Plan (July 1, 2025 – June 30, 2026), and Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing as required by the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.  The Plans will describe the community and economic development, housing and public services needs and strategies the City proposes to undertake with CDBG and HOME funds to benefit low- and moderate-income individuals.  The 5-YR and FY 2025 Annual Action Plans will describe the activities for which CDBG and HOME funds are proposed to be used for meeting these needs.

During the meeting, interested citizens and agencies may provide testimony on community and economic development, housing, and public and human service needs throughout the city.
