Lewisville Independent School District is accepting supplemental proposals and pricing for RFP #F1068D-23 Staff Development, Training Services, Materials and Other Related Products and Services
All interested vendors, including sole source providers, are encouraged to respond to this request for proposal in its entirety and should submit all required bid attachments regardless of sole source status to be considered.
The scoring/evaluation of proposals will be negatively impacted by missing or incomplete vendor response submissions.
This supplemental RFP will help provide training services for district staff which consists of approximately 6,477 employees including, but are not limited to individual departments, campuses, teachers, administrators, instructional support, business staff, safety and security staff, technology, facility, and any other related LISD staff. Trainings can be held at the school campuses, district departments, vendors training facility or agreed upon location. Trainings can also be held online (virtually). Each responding vendor shall be qualified in their field of business and hold any and all required certifications or licenses required by the State of Texas to perform their specific job duties. This proposal may be awarded to one or multiple vendors determined to be the best value to the District.
RFP #F1068D-23 Staff Development, Training Services, Materials and Other Related Products and Services shall be awarded at district discretion, and may be awarded to one or multiple vendors determined to be the best value to the District. This request for proposal is being issued in accordance with Title 2 of the Code of Federal Regulations (2 CFR) Part 200 requirements to procure vendors who provide goods and/or services purchased by LISD using federal dollars. This proposal may also be used with local, state, federal and grant funded programs.

The initial term of this proposal shall be from February 2025 - September 2025 and run coterminous with the original bid. There will be an option for two successive renewals, each consisting of a twenty-four months term, based on the long-range needs of the District and mutual consent of both parties, and contingent on approval by the LISD Board of Trustees.

Tentative Second Term - Renewal Option: September 2025 - September 2027

Tentative Third Term - Renewal Option: September 2027 - September 2029
