532-RFP Health & Safety Management System (HSMS)

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is structured to solicit proposals for a comprehensive scalable, user-friendly, and integrated Health & Safety Management System (HSMS) that can support its current operational needs while enabling expansion of capabilities, improved data accessibility, and enhanced efficiency across health and safety processes.

The successful Respondent will provide a commercially supported SaaS HSMS platform that delivers the functional and the non-functional requirements in Section 7.3.14 – 7.3.24.

Respondents are expected to review the RFP in its entirety, clearly articulate how their proposed solution meets the stated objectives, reference applicable section numbers in their responses, and ensure their submissions are complete and consistent across both technical and commercial (pricing) components.

All responses to this RFP will only be accepted through Workday using the link found on APC.

Respondents will submit the Technical & Commercial (pricing) proposals separately through Workday using the link found on APC. Please refer to Section 5 for additional details on format and submission.

Proposals must be received no later than the RFP closing date and time. The Signature and Waiver form in the RFP shall be completed, signed by an authorized representative of the respondent, and included in the proposal.

No commercial (pricing) information shall be included in the technical information, and vice versa.

All requests for clarification and questions regarding this RFP must be submitted using the Workday Message Center. The AER will ONLY respond to questions submitted via Workday. All questions or clarifications must be specific to this RFP, and must include references to a specific section or schedule and item number. Please refer to Section 3.4 of the RFP
