Project Description: Stage II Invitation to Bid
Only contractors who have been prequalified under a Stage I Prequalification for Contractors and are currently on the respective DFCM Prequalified Contractors list as of the date of this solicitation are eligible to bid on this project.
The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting bids for the referenced project:
Project Description: Lower level build-out of existing building where the lower level is a "walk out" basement and
the upper level is on grade on one side of the building (Main Entrance). Lower Level is currently an unfinished shell
space. Offices for DWR to include Administrative offices, Departmental offices and support spaces including restrooms,
conference rooms and storage rooms.
Construction Cost Estimate: $954,871.00
