Summary Details

Under this RFP, the City of Vancouver (the “City”) is seeking
procuring
Upfitting Services for VPD F150 Lightning AND F150 Police Responders for use by the Vancouver Police Department from v
endors with expertise in meeting the requirements stated in the Buyer Attachment titled, Technical Requirments. Interested parties (“Respondents”) are required to respond to this
RFP in accordance with the instructions set forth in this RFP.
• Term of the contract & options
- One (01)-year period, with Four (04) possible One (01) year extensions, for a maximum total term of Five (05) years
The RFP will be administered through the City’s electronic procurement portal (the “Supplier Portal”).

Proposals may only be submitted via the Supplier Portal in the format requested by the City. Each Proponent is solely responsible for reviewing and complying with any Supplier Portal terms and conditions which apply to and govern the use of the Supplier Portal.
