Prj funded by SRF Loan; bidders must meet state/federal rules incl. Davis-Bacon, AIS, and submit min. 5% bid bond. Obtain docs: Weston & Sampson Prj includes ~ 2300' new 8” PVC SS Main & 19 New MHs.
