The City of Manassas Park, Virginia (the City) is soliciting proposals from qualified and interested firms to provide the City with economic development and redevelopment consulting services. Firm(s) will be responsible for providing the City and Economic Development Authority (EDA-Successors) with Business Retention, Expansion, Attraction and Creation (BREAC) commercial real estate consulting services. Projects will be in the areas of mixed-use, commercial, and industrial development and redevelopment. The City is seeking a full-service commercial real estate and economic development รข redevelopment consultant with knowledge and experience over a broad range of commercial real estate development. Experience in Manassas Park and the region of Prince William County is preferred.
