The Removal & Replacement of the Wabamun Wastewater Pump

This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by Parkland County (the “County”) to prospective respondents to submit quotations for the Removal & Replacement of the Wabamun Wastewater Pump, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”).

Safety prequalification

Quotations must be submitted electronically through the bidding system at:

parklandcounty.bonfirehub.ca

Submissions by other methods will not be accepted.

In the event of any technical issues, respondents should contact the bidding system’s technical support.

To contact the County in relation to this RFQ, respondents must initiate the communication electronically through the bidding system.

Respondents and their representatives are not permitted to contact any employees, officers, agents, elected or appointed officials, or other representatives of the County, other than the RFQ Contact, concerning matters regarding this RFQ. Failure to adhere to this rule may result in the disqualification of the respondent and the rejection of the respondent’s quotation.

An Optional Site Visit will be held on September 2, 2026, at 1:00:00 PM local time at the site of the work, located at 4809 51 Ave, Wabamun, Alberta. As Contractors will be walking around site, it is advised to dress according to the weather (including appropriate footwear). The County is not responsible for the safety of anyone attending the site visit.
Although this is an optional site visit, it is recommended that all interested Contractors attend, and the County would ask that Contractors RSVP to confirm their intent to attend to
procurementservices@parklandcounty.com by September 1, by 4:00 PM local time. This will be the only opportunity for Contractors to view the site with Parkland County staff.
