RFP #24-33 - RFP 24-33 PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES EMERGENCY PLAN REVISION
San Joaquin County Public Health Services (PHS) is seeking a qualified vendor to assist the Emerging Diseases Program’s Emergency Preparedness (EP) unit in making major updates and revisions to all 16 department emergency plans including, but not limited to: Continuity of Operations (COOP), Medical Countermeasures (SNS – Mass Prophylaxis), Pandemic Influenza Response, and Crisis Emergency Risk Communication (CERC) plans. These updated plans will be exercised with partners, inform future jurisdictional response to several health-related incidents, and support our organization’s quality improvement and recovery efforts.
