NC State requires the services of private sector architecture, engineering, and testing firms to assist with small renovation projects, repairs, or new small buildings. Total projects budgets will be less than $300,000 per the NC Administrative Code, (NCAC Subchapter D, .0302(f)). Disciplines include: - Architecture - Asbestos/Environmental/Hazardous Materials - Civil/Landscape Architecture - Commissioning - Electrical Engineering - GIS/Surveying - Lab Design - Mechanical Engineering - Roofing - Structural Engineering - Testing
