This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
This is an OPEN-MARKET Firm Fixed Price (FFP) RFQ. This solicitation is prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation, and award as prescribed in FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
