The South Carolina Department of Environmental Services is seeking quotes from qualified vendors for GSSI Geophysical Survey Systems, Inc. ground penetrating radar equipment. All quotes must be emailed directly to Trey Shealy ( trey.shealy@des.sc.gov ) no later than 12:00pm on 09/17/2025.

- One (1) GSSI UtilityScan and GPS bundle
- One (1) Cart Tripod for 6XX carts
- One (1) 4-wheel external frame survey cart for UtilityScan
